Our main studio space is a shared live room and control room setup, providing face-to-face interaction between artist and engineer, and a relaxed and informal environment which encourages performance and creativity.

The live area, with plenty of space to track a full band, has been acoustically treated to create a naturally flat, controlled sound. The adjoining ancillary spaces can be utilised for isolation, as well as explosive ambient room sounds which can be tailored to the exact sound the session requires.

With amenities on site and being just a short walk from Aberdeen city centre, the studio is well placed for all your accommodation needs and travel links. There are an array of food and coffee options along the neighbouring beach front at Aberdeen Beach - a great place to grab lunch and give your ears a break on a nice day!

Michael brings fifteen years of production and engineering experience across a range of genres, from Pop, Rock and Metal, to Singer-Songwriters, Chamber Ensembles and Spoken Word. His work and artists have been featured by BBC, Red Bull, Warner Bros. Records, Rock Sound Magazine, Sofar Sounds, and The Punk Rock MBA.
